2011年，大亞鏈條發展出新革命性技術-類鑽膜，將掀起自行車的一股風潮。
無庸置疑，鏈條的耐久性是影響變速系統性能的關鍵因素，特別是針對用於競速或極需重力踩踏的自行車種，同時，鏈條與其它變速套件的共生關係更是明顯，且無可取代。最常見的例子，鏈條過度延伸將加速磨耗齒盤與飛輪，導致變速順暢度不佳且異音增加，且大幅度降低整體使用壽命。
創新的大亞“類鑽膜”技術主要在提升鏈條抗拉強度，並強化鏈條表面硬度，以滿足追求極致表現的嚴苛要求。為了延長鏈條的使用壽命，大亞不僅將類鑽膜技術運用於小軸（增加2.2倍的硬度），更擴及至其它部位零件（增加20%~50%的硬度），確保鏈條整體強度與硬度均達到頂級工藝水準。大亞“類鑽膜”技術針對不同的客戶需求，可提供3,000KM以上，或5,000KM以上的鏈條使用壽命。
大亞“類鑽膜”處理技術將運用於新品11速鏈條-ONZE、以及目前最受信賴的10速鏈條-DECA與九速鏈條-NOVE等系列商品。類鑽膜的低磨耗技術，將帶領大亞高階鏈條與Compagnolo、Shimano等世界知名品牌並駕齊驅。

technology Diamond Hard” has been
developed and brought by Taya to who do
care about the chain life in derailleur
system.
Nobody will doubt that the chain
durability is one of the highlights to
make the smooth and slick performance in
the derailleur system. Especially for
high-end bikes which are used for
racing, extreme exercise in formal
competition or regular practicing. The
chain life influences importantly to the
worn condition of cassettes and
chainwheel. Excessive extend, and
balance the durability of chain with
other derailleur components is always an
hard task for derailleur part maker.

advanced durability enhancing treatment.

shifting function, “Diamond Hard” allows
Taya high-end products with splendid

To reach the min. wear in chain parts,
“Diamond Hard” treatment. is adopted not
only on the pin, but all other related
parts, which is min. increased the
hardness 2.2 times on pin, and averagely
raised 25%~50% on other parts. Thanks
for “Diamond Hard” treatment, the chain
life of Taya
products is designed between
3,000km~5,000km depends on different
product levels.
